Every order on Ahlashi ships from the vendor who sells it, so an order with items from two vendors arrives in two parcels — each with its own tracking.

Delivery times

Vendors dispatch within one working day. Delivery time depends on the method you choose at checkout, and is counted in business days from dispatch rather than from the moment you order.

• Standard delivery — 3 to 5 business days
• Express delivery — 1 to 2 business days
• Store pickup — ready within 2 business days at the vendor’s collection point

Delivery costs

Shipping is calculated per vendor, so each parcel carries its own cost. Many vendors offer free standard delivery above a threshold — you will see it applied at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Syria. Some vendors restrict delivery to particular governorates; if none of them can reach your address, checkout will tell you before you enter payment details.

Tracking your order

You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second message per parcel when it is dispatched. Every parcel is also listed under Orders in your account.
