Not quite right? Unopened items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Here is how returns work on Ahlashi.

What you can return

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging, with any seals intact.
• Items that arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

What we can’t accept

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare and fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are also excluded.

How to return an item

1. Go to Orders in your account and open the order.
2. Select the item, request a return and tell us why.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Follow the vendor’s instructions to send or hand over the parcel.

Refunds

When the vendor receives and checks your return, we will email you and issue your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or as store credit.

Damaged or wrong items

Please report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and its packaging. The vendor will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
