1. About the marketplace

Ahlashi runs an online platform where independent vendors sell beauty products. When you buy an item, your purchase is made with the vendor who sells it. Ahlashi provides the platform, secure checkout and customer support.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in the currency you choose and include any applicable taxes.
• An order is confirmed once the vendor accepts it, and you will receive a confirmation email.
• A vendor may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or wrongly priced; you will then be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Ahlashi does not store your full card details.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

6. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.

7. Liability

Vendors are responsible for the products they sell, including their quality and descriptions. To the extent permitted by law, Ahlashi is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, and using Ahlashi after a change means you accept it.
